Employers today are looking for individuals who are prepared, experienced and adaptable to the needs of their company. “Do you have experience?”That is the question employers will always ask and with a B.S. degree in business from Dean College, your answer will always be, “Yes.” 

 
At Dean, one of the top private colleges in Massachusetts and New England, interaction with business leaders and study abroad opportunities are prevalent. In addition, work experience is embedded throughout our business classes. These experiences include the opportunity to engage in a consultancy project with local businesses to develop project management skills, resulting in a presentation of recommendations to the business that are often incorporated into that company's business model. Each student will also participate in at least one required internship experience with the opportunity to pursue additional internships in their area of focus if desired.

When students leave Dean with these solid fundamentals, plus on-the-job experience and a command of technology, they are best prepared for success. That is the Dean Difference.
